I’m not talking about working less. I’m talking about working better.

For years, in audit, I lived through high-performance cycles, little sleep, and endless cups of coffee. I told myself it was part of the job—and I accepted it... until one day, my body said “enough.”


Today, through Tamarindo Insights, I work with a different premise:

Burnout is not an individual problem... it's a sign that the system is poorly designed.
